Timing

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Meaning, unused in its original packaging, with invoice.


If accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label with return instructions. No return request, no refund acceptance.


To request a return, contact us with subject line: Refund Request and Order Number e.g. Refund Request 1234


Damages

Please inspect your items once received. If any item is damaged, contact us . We can then evaluate the problem and offer a solution.


Exceptions
Used body care products, sale items and gift cards can’t be returned. We can advise on best options to either make your purchase, or not. If you have questions or concerns about specific items before you purchase, contact us.


Exchanges
To fastest way to exchange an item is to return it, receive your refund and order again.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. Then let you know if the refund was accepted, or not. If accepted, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.


Note: Bank and credit card refund processing times can vary. So, a refund time can be suggested, although not guaranteed.
